Rubber Tired Gantry | RTG

New to the JBS Cranes arsenal would be RTG’s.

JBS works with a long standing international builder of Rubber Tired Gantry Cranes for Industrial or Marine
applications.

These machines include traditional Diesel versions or the Full electric version boasting zero emissions, and zero leaks that can also be fitted with Solar Cells to provide up to 20% of the power.

4 wheel steering and 4 wheel drive are also available for all models to accommodate more demanding conditions and tighter quarters.

Lifting capacities from 5 ton to 500 tons or more. Various duty cycles from light duty, medium duty to rugged,
continuous duty versions.

Marine Rubber Tired Gantry

  • Lifting capacity 300 Tonnes
  • Diesel Engine powered
  • Suitable for marine environments or full industrial applications
  • 4 independent hoists with weigh systems and totaling are optionally available.

 

Industrial Rubber Tired Gantry

  • 3 typical versions:
    Signle Girder / Double Girder / U-Shaped
  • Cranes can be cab controlled or furnished with radio control or both. Full climate control for cabs is also available.
  • Multiple turning methods available including zero turning radius where the machine can rotate on its own axis.
  • Commonly used for Industrial solutions in Pre-Stressed Concrete, Bridge Building, Steel, Ports and other Marine applications.
